This clean and cozy coastal home is the perfect getaway for families and fishermen alike. The home is located on Florida's Forgotten Coast in the Alligator Point community and is within walking distance to a public boat ramp. The area is peaceful and serene and has an abundance of wildlife, sea life, and many species of birds. Fun and adventure await along with endless  opportunities to catch a fish! The home is just minutes from public beach access for walking along the shore, shelling, sunbathing and enjoying the water. Bald Point State Park, the Alligator Point Marina and Tiki Hut are just a few minutes away along with fine dining, the Ochlockonee River Sate Park, Wakulla Springs State Park and the Gulf Specimen Aquarium. 

This home sleeps 6 people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. A small set of stairs with hand rails leads to the front door of the home.  The home is dog friendly only for 1 dog under 20 pounds and smoking is not allowed. 

 

The kitchen is equipped for cooking and comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, a stove and oven, a freezer, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker along with dishes and utensils, . There is an outdoor grill and eating area out back on a patio along with a fish cleaning table and sink. The home is heated and cooled, has TVs in each room, has a washer and dryer, ceiling fans and comes with towels, wash rags and linens. The home has a satellite and cable, wireless internet along with a DVD player.
