Reservations

Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. Tentative reservations are taken by phone. To confirm reservations, we must receive your signed contract and a rental deposit within ten (10) business days after booking. Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance and can be made seven days a week. However, availability and rates are not guaranteed for the following season. Each rental lists the number it sleeps and this is the maximum number allowed.

The minimum rental period is three (3) nights, unless otherwise specified. Rental balance, tax and security deposit are due upon or before arrival. We accept traveler’s checks, personal checks, cashiers checks or certified checks. Driver License numbers are required. All rates are subject to a 9% Florida Sales Tax. Prices are subject to change.

Security Deposits:

A security deposit is required to secure all reservations. Monthly rentals may require a larger deposit. This deposit is not applied to rent and automatically converts to a damage/security deposit upon check-in. Deposits are not refundable, unless canceled thirty (30) days or more prior to your reservation date. In the event of a cancellation within the 30 days to guests arrival, the deposit will be refunded IF and only if the unit re-rents with no lost time or revenue. The deposit will be fully refundable by check within seven (7) business days after your departure, providing there were no damages to the unit, all keys are returned, unit is left in neat condition and no rules are broken during the stay.

Our rentals are Non-Smoking units. Pets Are Not Allowed in most units. Contact the rental team for a list of homes that will accept pets. We have a minimum age requirement of 25. All persons must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
